DL30 Dispenser Pump

DL30 picture The DL30 pump dispenser is designed to dispense both mobile and viscous products. It can be used to pump a wide variety of cleaning chemicals, shampoos and conditioners, body lotions, liquid soaps and hand cleaners, including bead filled types.


The DL30 has a wide flat top actuator, which is supplied in the locked down state. The nominal dose is 3.5cc per stroke, depending on viscosity.


As standard, the DL30 is available in several closure styles...
28/400, 28/410
33/410
38/400, 38/410, 38/buttress
No closure, simple screw-together assembly through a
Ø 20mm hole in cap or lid.

This pump can be customised to suit difficult products, using either standard ABS plastic or stainless steel balls, and standard or heavy gauge springs. Usually the standard version is suitable for light to medium viscosity products without granules, while a stronger spring and heavier ball may be needed for high viscosity bead filled hand cleaners. We will be happy to recommend a version of the pump after testing with your products.

We can assemble the screw-together version into special closures and packages, or just supply kits of parts. Please call to discuss your requirements.

The standard colour is white, while other colours can be matched for a minimum order of 50,000 pieces.
