The DL8 features positive sealing to resist leakage in any orientation, even after opening. The lock-up actuator allows for secure reclosing after use without a final messy dispense. The actuator can be rotated freely into any orientation while remaining locked.
The dose is 0.7cc, ideal for lotions and soaps.
The DL8 is available in 20/R4 and 24/R4 closure styles. Due to the method of manufacture, other sizes and customised versions may be produced quite easily.
The standard colour is white, while other colours can be supplied, with a minimum order of 30,000 pieces. Gaskets are not usually required, except when using mobile liquids in hard plastic or glass bottles which may not have completely smooth and flat sealing surfaces.
