These metal shells and shrouds are custom made to fit specific bottles
and pumps. We designed the domed dustcaps and the blue shroud so the product
would match the existing products in the range. The colours were matched
to critical standards.
The lipstick casing was made to complement the shape of our perfume
atomisers. The customer specified the lipstick mechanism, and our metalwork
was produced to give a secure fit without the use of tools and adhesives.
Again, the colour match was critical.
This design is, we are told, in a design museum in San Francisco.
